Probate, Estate & Post-Mortem
My practice focuses on estate planning, estate administration, elder law, asset protection, Medicaid, special needs planning and guardianships. I firmly believes that providing outstanding service requires more than just excellent legal work—it also involves taking the time to establish a strong relationship with each client in order to truly understand their unique family situation and goals.
I also have a passion for enriching the Dayton community, so I volunteer with the Greater Dayton Volunteer Lawyer Project and I am currently serving as the Vice President of the Board for the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning of Greater Dayton. I am a member of the Ohio State Bar Association (Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section), the Dayton Bar Association (Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Committee), the Greene County Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, WealthCounsel and ElderCounsel.
I also enjoy public speaking, and I regularly volunteer my time speaking to community organizations on issues such as estate planning, elder law, and guardianships
