Attorney Benjamin Worsowicz joined Gudorf Law Group as an associate in 2022. Ben brings with him a wealth of experience from his previous work in respected Ohio law firms. Ben has devoted most of his career to estate planning and elder law, making him an excellent fit for our team
Ben assists the firm’s older clients with their various legal needs, including planning for incapacity, protecting their assets from the nursing home, and securing government benefits to which they are entitled. This includes long term care benefits, such as Medicaid and Veterans’ Aid and Attendance benefits.
Ben is valued by colleagues for his keen insight, strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail. Ben arrives in the office early each day to tackle drafting and document preparation, but his favorite part of the day is his appointments with clients. He appreciates the opportunity to truly get to know the people whose lives and families he is planning for.
A graduate of Capital University Law School, Ben graduated summa cum laude in the top 5% of his class and was a member of the Law Review staff and Order of the Curia. Ben’s undergraduate studies in History at The Ohio State University proved an excellent foundation for his legal studies and work.
When not in the office, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, and of course, cheering for the Buckeyes.
