Attorney Kyla Williger, CELA, is a director at the law firm of Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., L.P.A. (KWGD) and joined the firm in 2021 after practicing 10 years at her family-owned boutique law firm, the former Williger Legal Group, LLC, in Munroe Falls.
Kyla is a certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by the Ohio State Bar Association. She also is a certified specialist in Elder Law by the Ohio State Bar, a National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA), and a National Elder Law Foundation (NELF) Certified Elder Law Attorney.

Jaclyn A. Palumbo, Esq., is a partner in the Akron law firm of Palumbo & Sweet LLC, with a practice focused in the areas of elder law and estate planning.
Practicing since 2014, she has helped more than 500 clients navigate the complexities of the elder law and estate planning. Prior legal practice areas include divorce, small business, juvenile law, criminal law, and probate work. Because of her extensive experience in other areas of law, she is uniquely equipped to manage clients’ legal needs as they change throughout a case (which they often do).

Allan P. Sweet, Esq., is a partner in the law practice of Palumbo and Sweet, LLC, in Akron. He is an estate planning and elder law attorney who works to help individuals and families navigate the complexities of Medicaid planning, preparation of wills and trusts, and the administration of estates.
