Daniel P. Seink is the founder and managing partner of Daniel P. Daniel P. He also acts as a Stakeholder Liaison with the Ohio Department of Medicaid. Mr. Seink is named as a Super Lawyer, and a Best Lawyer in America for 2021 through 2025. Daniel also volunteers as a speaker for the Alzheimer's Association and is a frequent lecturer to legal, financial, health and tax professionals. An honors graduate of the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, and John Carroll University, Mr. Seink also served for three years as a staff attorney for the State of Ohio Court of Appeals.

As an elder law attorney, Jane C. Dell’s practice includes long-term care and asset protection planning, special needs and Veteran’s benefits, along with estate planning and estate administration, wills, trusts and real estate. Jane is also an accredited attorney with the Veteran’s Administration.
Over the last few years, Jane’s practice has evolved to include extensive work in helping clients protect assets when facing long-term care expenses in the nursing home or in an assisted living facility.
