She obtained her undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Psychology from Bethany College in Bethany, WV, graduating first in her class, with Summa Cum Laude honors, before receiving her Juris Doctorate from Dayton University.
Founded by Elizabeth Durnell-Maier, a Certified Elder Law Attorney, Durnell Maier Law, LLC is dedicated to advising clients on a wide range of elder law matters. This includes assisting seniors and their families with avoiding probate, minimizing taxes, protecting assets from nursing homes and more.
Shannon E. Greene-Day earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, majoring in Finance, from The Ohio State University in 2009 and her Juris Doctor degree, with an emphasis in Tax Law, from the University of Akron School of Law in 2016. She has been licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio since 2016. She concentrates her practice in the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Probate Administration.
Shannon is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and Mahoning Shenango Valley Estate Planning Council, where she currently serves as Council President. Shannon is an Elder Law and Estate Planning attorney practicing primarily in Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Summit, Portage, Mahoning, and Trumbull Counties.
