Brittany D. O'Diam, CELA, is a dually Certified Specialist in Elder Law by the OSBA and the National Elder Law Foundation, and she is also an OSBA Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law. Brittany concentrates her practice on estate planning, estate administration, guardianships, Medicaid, asset protection, special needs planning and elder law. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (Past-President, Ohio Chapter); ElderCounsel, LLC, a national network of elder law attorneys; WealthCounsel, LLC, a national organization of estate planning attorneys; Ohio State Bar Association (Vice Chair, Elder & Special Needs Law Section); Florida Bar Association, Dayton Bar Association (Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Committee; and Greene County Bar Association. Brittany also serves as an Ohio Department of Medicaid Stakeholder Liaison, the Chair of the Board of Trustees for The Disability Foundation, and a member of the Business Advisory Council for the Greene County Educational Services Center.
Brittany devotes much of her time to educating the public as well as professional advisors and service organizations about estate planning, as well as the options available to help the elderly and special needs population. She received her BS in Journalism cum laude from Ohio University, and her JD cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law. She is licensed to practice in both Ohio and Florida, and she lives in Beavercreek, Ohio with her husband and their two children.
Kyler Joe Palmer joined the law firm of McCulloch, Felger, Fite & Gutmann in May 2022 after graduating from the University of Dayton School of Law. While in law school, he was on the University of Dayton Law Review and served as president of the Intellectual Property Law Society. Before law school, Kyler obtained a degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University and completed graduate-level coursework at Harvard University. Kyler is licensed to practice law in Maine and Ohio.
Kyler’s areas of practice include probate and trust administration, estate planning, civil litigation, business and commercial law, real estate, and appellate law. He also assists with civil legal matters and criminal prosecution for the City of Piqua and the Village of Covington.
Being an avid writer and legal scholar, Kyler has published several articles in various academic journals – including the DePaul Journal for Social Justice and the University of Dayton Law Review. His scholarship mainly focuses on the intersection of the First Amendment and the Fourteenth Amendment.
As a member of both the Miami County Bar Association and the Dayton Bar Association, Kyler is extremely active in the Miami Valley legal community. Notably, in May 2022, he co-led a presentation before the DBA Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court, to which he is a member, titled “Social Media and Litigation – What Practitioners Need to Know.”
When Kyler is not counseling clients or researching the law, he can be found traveling or rooting for his favorite sports teams – the Philadelphia Phillies and the Texas A&M Aggies.
Jennifer H. Sitterley, CELA, is the founder of Sitterley Law LLC, and practices in her hometown of Lancaster, Ohio where she concentrates primarily in the areas of elder law, probate, and estate planning. She is a graduate of the University of Akron School of Law, and holds an M.B.A. in business administration. She is very involved in her community, serving as Vice Chair of the United Way of Fairfield County, Trustee of the Fairfield County Meals on Wheels, Vice Chair of the Fairfield Bar Association, and President of the AHA! Children’s Museum.
Jennifer is one of 30 Certified Elder Law Attorneys by the National Elder Law Foundation in Ohio, and one of 26 Certified Specialists in Elder Law by the Ohio State Bar Association. She has been recognized as a 2019 and 2020 Rising Star by SuperLawyers and is accredited by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
While she’s not serving her community and offering house calls to low-income and home-bound clients with her “Plan Van,” Jennifer enjoys spending time with her two red-headed daughters, Amelie (9) and Isla (7), and her para-beagle, Zoey.

Maggie L. Sutton has worked with Richard Taps since 2011. She is a graduate of Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a degree in Accounting. Maggie received her law degree from Capital University in 2011, cum laude, where she was both Secretary and Treasurer of the Board of the Women’s Law Association. She is a volunteer with the Legal Aid Society, helping elderly and low-income individuals with their estate planning needs.
Prior to law school, Maggie worked in Chicago as a tax accountant for a large accounting firm. She has experience preparing business and individual tax returns for high net worth individuals.
Maggie is certified in elder law by the National Elder Law Foundation. There are only 30 attorneys in Ohio who are certified in elder law.
Maggie grew up in Worthington and lives there with her husband and children. She enjoys reading, exercising, running half marathons, and sewing. She also enjoys rooting on the Buckeyes and Colts during football season and the Hoosiers during basketball season.
