As an elder law attorney, Jane C. Dell’s practice includes long-term care and asset protection planning, special needs and Veteran’s benefits, along with estate planning and estate administration, wills, trusts and real estate. Jane is also an accredited attorney with the Veteran’s Administration.
Over the last few years, Jane’s practice has evolved to include extensive work in helping clients protect assets when facing long-term care expenses in the nursing home or in an assisted living facility.
As asset protection and preservation issues become central to more clients, Jane’s practice has adapted to that growing need. She also practices in traditional estate planning and administration, including revocable trusts, wills and powers of attorney.

Brittany is an Associate in the Pickrel, Schaeffer & Ebeling's Probate and Estate Planning Department. She has been practicing for over 5 years.
Brittany counsels clients of all ages to assure the clients intentions are clearly understood and carried out correctly. She understands that each family and their individual circumstances are unique and takes the time to understand each circumstance. She effectively advises and administers probate estates for families, easing their stress during highly emotional times. She prepares Wills and advance directives including Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare, General Durable Powers of Attorney and Living Wills. When families are faced with the need to appoint a guardian for a loved one, Brittany assists the family throughout all guardianship proceedings in Probate Court.

Brittany D. O'Diam, CELA, is a dually Certified Specialist in Elder Law by the OSBA and the National Elder Law Foundation, and she is also an OSBA Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law. Brittany concentrates her practice on estate planning, estate administration, guardianships, Medicaid, asset protection, special needs planning and elder law. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (Past-President, Ohio Chapter); ElderCounsel, LLC, a national network of elder law attorneys; WealthCounsel, LLC, a national organization of estate planning attorneys; Ohio State Bar Association (Vice Chair, Elder & Special Needs Law Section); Florida Bar Association, Dayton Bar Association (Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Committee; and Greene County Bar Association.
