The Practicum

This event is designed to help you get your office running smoothly.

You or your staff will be getting foundational training from Liz Durnell-Maier, Maggie Sutton, Toni Metcalf Henry and Natasha Black.

The panel members will cover the initial client meeting process, defining roles within the firm, avoiding the unauthorized practice of law, completing the client resource assessment, and what verifications are necessary for the Medicaid application (along with how to obtain them and who should obtain them).

They will also cover how to pivot if the type of application changes and how to deal with transfers, how to complete the Medicaid application process, and what do once you have the decision, including how to read ALL of those notices and what to do if you encounter post-application Issues.  CLE Credit:  6.0

This is your chance to join fellow elder law attorneys with group questions and responses.

You can really gain a lot of working knowledge and get great feedback on ideas.

This isn’t a CLE, but it’s a great way to enhance your knowledge base and skillset.
