Brooke A. Schleben is an attorney with the law firm of Pickrel, Schaeffer, and Ebeling in Dayton, specializing in Estate Planning and Probate Law.
Schleben is an Associate in the firm’s Estate Planning/ Probate Department. Her specific areas of interest include simple wills to Medicaid Planning, Guardianships, and trust and estate administration. Brooke is expanding her area of practice to adoptions and LGBTQ+ issues. Caroline R. Schmidt, Esq., was born and raised in Arcanum and after residing in Columbus for several years she desired to work with clients in her hometown. She returned to practice law with her father, Phil, in 2001.
Caroline’s practice focuses largely in the area of estate planning, probate and estate administration. Maintaining a general practice of law she also spends a significant amount of time assisting clients in transactional matters including real estate matters, business planning as well as representation in general civil litigation, including those who have been injured in accidents.
Caroline attended The Ohio State University earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree and went on to earn her law degree at Capital University Law Schools. She resides in her hometown of Arcanum with her husband, Craig, and their three children.
Inspired by the advocacy needed later in life by her beloved grandparents, Larae C. Schraeder started Schraeder Law LLC, to specialize in estate planning and elder law.
