Ben assists the firm’s older clients with their various legal needs, including planning for incapacity, protecting their assets from the nursing home, and securing government benefits to which they are entitled. This includes long term care benefits, such as Medicaid and Veterans’ Aid and Attendance benefits.
Ben is valued by colleagues for his keen insight, strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail.
